

They have simple rooms with massage tables in each room.

The area looks comfy and the people getting foot massages look like they are enjoying them, but I figure, if I’m gonna get a massage, why not get my whole body massaged instead of just my feet? :) Don’t expect a bunch of fancy amenities when you come here. Don’t ask me who my favorites are, because I’m not sharing them! Hahaha: D The only thing I’ve never done here is the foot massage. You should try out different masseuses to find one that you like. Yes, it helps to speak Chinese, but you really only need to say a few things in English, like what area you want them to focus on and, «more/less pressure.» I’ve only had 1 or 2 massages that I didn’t like. They are always friendly and accommodating. I’ve had Swedish and deep tissue massages with lots of different masseuses, both male and female.

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years so I figured I’d update my review. I still have credits on my account but I truly cannot think about the stress of going back :( I have not been back for months even though my scar is mostly healed. I was going to walk out but didn’t want her horrible behavior to take something I looked forward to for weeks… especially since I didn’t know if it would be my last.

I sat shaking and crying as I waited for my massage. SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS practice and how it upsets the very customers who are coming to relax… are you kidding me?! FIVE times I had to say no before divulging something very painful just to get her to stop. I’m serious… this was my reality when attempting to have my last attempt to relax before going in for cancer surgery and lymph node surgery. I had to say « NO» FIVE TIMES and she finally stopped pressuring me after I told her I had cancer surgery and would not be able to get massages for a long time and that’s IF I live. Terrible treatment of customers! You are not allowed to politely say, «no thank you». I AGREE that she makes it not worth returning to do business. REALLY?ĭo not think you will relax ! You will be HARASSED by Heidi (?) at the front desk when checking in– worse than a used car sales because you cannot leave as you need to wait for your massage therapist. No wonder they have a posted sign that states their employees should never ask for more than what is stated the tip should be. I never received a response from her boss. Obviously, the girl that did my massage, not only got my $ 10 tip she also got extra for what she charged me for a card that was no good. Instead of accusing your customers, you should put your cameras on the ones doing the massages. After I calmed down, I realized she was accusing me of stealing the card. Me, upset and not thinking, said whatever and walked out. She said she would send an email to her boss about the situation.

She said, well we have cameras and saved records of where this card came from. I told her, again, there should be one hour on that card. What did that matter? How can she remember me from September? Again what does that matter. She continued to argue about what time I was there. As of April I started getting off at 2: 00. I come straight from work, since it’s down the street. I told her that wasn’t possible because I use to get off at 3: 30. She said she remembered me and I was there about the same time the last visit. The girl that gave it to me wrote my name. She said, I didn’t write your name on this card. How is that possible? I just got the card at my last visit. One on in 2013 and one in September of 2015. The girl at the desk said it was no good. She went behind the desk and brought me back a gift card. She took her tip from me and said I could get my next massage for a discounted rate, but I had to pay that day. I’m sorry, I tip based on service) The girl walked me towards the front and stopped by some shutter doors. As I was leaving, the girl that did my massage was waiting for her tip. The last time I was there, I only purchased an hour. My whole image of this place changed because of the RUDE lady at the front desk. I had great service and a relaxing message every time.
